The old Buffalo lighthouse is a focal point on the waterfront. It has produced some spectacular scenes for photographers.

M&T Lunch time concerts

During the summer, they have been having lunch time concerts in front of M & T Bank for decades. It has become a tradition in Buffalo.

Old trees at Amherst State Park

The Amherst State Park in Williamsville has many trails and land that has plenty of old trees. The trees themselves are artistic in their shapes they take.

Here's some that I photographed in June.

Ducks at Glen Park

Took a bike ride to Glen Park in Williamsville and got some pics of some ducks on their own private island along with swimming in one of the ponds in the park.

Downtown Buffalo's high rises

Downtown Buffalo has many older high rise buildings, dating back to the

mid 30s and before. Here are some of them.

The Liberty Building has two Statues of Liberty at the top of the twin peaks.

The Rand Building (to the right) is a scaled down replica of the Empire State Building.

City Hall is seen from a distance on Court Street.

The Soldiers & Sailors Monument in Lafayette Square.

Erie Canal in Medina

The Erie Canal takes an unusual turn as it goes above a road in Media. Here's a picture of a bridge where the road actually goes under the Erie Canal, along with two picture of the canal above the road.

Buffalo's waterfront

Buffalo's waterfront is beautiful in the summer. From the old Navy ships docked to small boats enjoying the summer weather.

The Skyway brigde that connects Buffalo with the Southtowns is seen in the picture above. An old grain mill is to the right of the Skyway.

Country Club of Buffalo

Continuing our series of beautiful golf courses in WNY, here's where I had my first job,

as a caddie at the Country Club of Buffalo.

The 18th hole provides a spectacular view, both from the golf course

and the Club House above the 18th hole.

Amherst Bike Path

I have included many pictures from the Amherst Bikepath. This is a great place to not only exercise, but also take a camera and find plenty of photo ops.

A walk in the autumn can be very scenic on the Amherst Bike Path.

Golf Courses - Westwood & Audubon

This will be a series of golf courses in WNY. Here are some pictures from the Audubon and Westwood golf courses.

More canoes on Ellicott

I captured more canoers on Ellicott Creek in mid June.

One lady had her little dog on the front of the canoe.

Canoes are a favorite in the summertime on Ellicott Creek, alongside the Amherst Bike Path.

UB Lake

While hiking on the Amherst Bike path, it takes you past the University of Buffalo lake system where you have a spectacular view of the UB Amherst Campus and the splendid

architecture from across the lake.

Buffalo's Marina

The summer time brings out the boaters at the Buffalo waterfront.
